This pretty
country cottage offers extremely comfortable accommodation of
a high standard. Part of a typical old Gascogne
farmhouse
 which
until a few years ago was a working farm, the cottage is
located in the tiny hamlet of Teoules, about three
kilometres from the main part of our commune, Bourran.
Teoules nestles in the lower parts of the hills running
alongside the Lot Valley. In all directions you look out
on to hill slopes of sunflowers, maize and cornfields.
Bourran is just over a kilometre from the River Lot,
close to the attractive and medieval village of
Clairac.

cottage may be as much as 400/500 years old, and it has
been modernised to a high standard whilst still
